SPECIAL SEATING DETAILS FOR “HOW TO SURVIVE THE APOCALYPSE”

Please read the following brief descriptions of our sections before selecting your seats. Thank you.

INNER RING FLOOR SEATING: Individual chairs circle the primary center circle  and “keyhole” performance spaces, giving best visibility for all the action.  You’ll practically be part of the show!

OUTER RING FLOOR SEATING: Enjoy the show from individual chairs in the center ring of ZinZanni’s magical spiegeltent.  Don’t be alarmed if a performer ends up sitting in your lap!

GROUP BOOTH SEATING: Beautiful booths with cushioned benches and tables surround the ZinZanni tent’s periphery.  If you’d like to come with a group and create your own “scene”, the booths create a delightfully intimate atmosphere – and make it easier to balance your cocktails on your own personal table.  “A”-designated booths seat up to 8 people (best comfort and sightlines for 6); “B”-designated booths seat up to 6 people (best comfort and sightlines for 4).

All sales are final. There are no refunds or changes of date.

Your emailed confirmation is your receipt.  All tickets will be distributed the night of the show. Group Booth purchasers will need to notify us 48 hours in advance to confirm number of attendees in your booth to ensure that the proper number of tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call.  Due to fire code restrictions, you will not be able to bring more guests that the number you specify at that time.

**Note that a small number of Reserved Low Income tickets will be available separately by Mail Order through the Burning Opera website.  See www.burningopera.com for more details and information on how to request these tickets.

Please Note:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Per Teatro ZinZanni’s box office policy, all sales are final.  There are no refunds or exchanges of date.  Latecomers will not be seated; please plan to be in your seats by 7:30pm.

Seating in the Teatro ZinZanni tent:

The show takes place in a luxurious and fantastical antique cabaret tent imported from Belgium.  The tent is circular and intimate (it seats 285 people).  The action of the show takes place on the front stage, the central stage, the “keyhole” between the two stages… and all around the tent, creating good visibility from all locations.  Floor seating is festival-style within your section.  If you are attending with a large group, you might wish to arrive a bit earlier to ensure you are able to sit together.  Group Booth purchasers have unique access to their booth space.

A Special Note to Group Booth purchasers:

Due to fire code restrictions, you will need to notify us of the number of total attendees in your booth no less than 48 hrs in advance of the show for which you have purchased tickets.  “A”-designated Group Booths accommodate up to 8 guests; best comfort and sightlines will be for 6 people.  “B”-designated Group Booths accommodate up to 6 guests; best comfort and sightlines will be for 4 people.

Lobby and tent opening times:

Doors open at 6:30pm; cocktails and dinner items will be available from this point until the show begins promptly at 7:30pm.  The performance will last approximately 2 hours, with one Dance Break/Intermission.  After the show, we’ll host an After Party until approximately 11pm.  Attendees are invited to stick around, eat, drink, chat and dance, meet the performers, and whatever else you can dream up.

Due to the nature of the show, latecomers may not be accommodated.  Please plan to arrive at the theater in plenty of time to be in your seats by 7:30pm.

Checking in when you arrive:

No tickets are issued, and there’s no need to stop by the Box Office.  This is an electronic reservation held under your first and last name, more akin to a restaurant reservation than a traditional, ticketed theater reservation.  You will need to check in at the Greeters Station before you enter the spiegeltent.  Additional members of your party arriving later will need to know the name of the person holding the primary reservation.
